Grape harvest reservation

The use of NDVI maps (NDVI is an index that can be considered not only a as a “qualitative” indicator of the type of vegetation cover present but, also as a “quantitative” index of the expression of vineyard vigor) will allow to rationalize harvest operations. At harvest, thanks to the use of vigor maps and digital tools suitable for the purpose, VITEVIS field technicians will carry out pre-harvest grape samples in the vineyard.

The result of the compositional parameters (Babo Degree, pH, Total Acidity) will be geo-referenced and published on the portal IN REAL TIME, so that the member can plan the HARVEST OPERATIONS WITH PRECISION always remembering at the supply chain level that we harvest only once a year. This will allow the Members to further enhance their productions always from a social-environmental and especially economic point of view (you sweat for a purpose) and the winery to save money in operations, further enhancing the “Heritage” of the grapes conferred (LESS COSTS = + GAINS FOR ALL). Once the whole thing is tested, experimented and made functional, the member will have to assume a hypothetical contribution in the 48 hours prior to the contribution itself,,receiving approval from the technical department.But since in nature there is the principle,of Lavosier: “In nature nothing is created, nothing is destroyed but everything is,transformed” and the supply chain is dependent on what the weather decides, everything,is always decided with a sense of balance in full respect,of everyone (if there are expected water bombs, everything is re-formulated).
