Notice pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 regarding the protection of persons reporting violations of national or European Union provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity.

In compliance with the provisions of the new regulations regarding the protection of reporting persons (whistleblowing), on 22/11/23, by resolution, the Board of Directors approved the procedure for receiving and handling reports.

All persons indicated by the regulation as eligible for protection against potential retaliatory acts, should they wish to submit a report, have the following reporting link at their disposal: https://vitevis.nodeits.it/#/

Please also note that the reporting person has the option to request a direct and personal meeting with the Report Manager to present their report.

If the report is made in writing, it is necessary that in the subject line or in the text of the same, the reporting person clearly indicates that it is a “report for which they intend to keep their identity confidential and benefit from the protections provided in the event of retaliation suffered as a result of the report.” In the absence of such clear indication, the report might be treated as ordinary and not confidential, with the consequence that the reporting person might not be granted the protections prescribed by the regulation.

For the reception and management of reports, the Board of Directors has designated Eng. Alberto Bonomi and Att. Luigi Meduri.

The Report Manager is required to observe the following:

  1. evaluate the admissibility of the report in terms of the existence of its essential requirements;

  2. if the report is not adequately detailed, ask the reporting person for further elements for integration;

  3. maintain maximum confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting person and the contents of the report;

  4. within 7 days of receipt, issue an acknowledgment of receipt to the reporting person;

  5. maintain dialogue with the reporting person;

  6. diligently follow up on the report received;

  7. provide feedback to the reporting person.
