Implementation of member portal and digital services
The Vitevis Member Portal has been created in such a way that the member can find in it all the information (Bylaws, Regulations, Fitosanity Bulletins,..) deemed necessary to facilitate his or her social life within the Vitevis family.
From the member portal, with user and password, one can access the “Enogis” Treatment Register in which they record phytosanitary treatments, fertilization, irrigation and other cultivation operations carried out in the vineyard. The General Management has now decided to further implement the services offered on the portal with the aim of making vineyard activities increasingly sustainable. Sustainability that must always be declined in its three components: environmental, social and economic, so that anything is formulated with balance. The central topic was, is and will be precision viticulture, which is now being expressed with new concepts, ideas and technologies thanks to Artificial Intelligence that, should not be seen as a nightmare but as an aid that can make one’s work and activity more sustainable. New systems that exploit technology by considering the spatio-temporal variability of vineyard plots with the aim of adjusting the quantity, quality and intensity of interventions.
All this will lead to a reduction of “Environmental-Social-Economic” impacts in the Vitevis vineyard. The application of these technologies will enable the cooperative to formulate phytosanitary bulletins differentiated by district, fertilization bulletins, and irrigation bulletins.
