Autoclose: 1 -->\n<div class='flex_column_table av-7jg45p-1c3ef9e08a316465b35eac9583f7c068 sc-av_one_fifth av-equal-height-column-flextable'><div  class='flex_column av-7jg45p-1c3ef9e08a316465b35eac9583f7c068 av_one_fifth  avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_one_fifth  el_before_av_three_fifth  first flex_column_table_cell av-equal-height-column av-align-middle  column-top-margin'     ><\/div>\n<div class='av-flex-placeholder'><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-jgmyxj-b97002b7a2474d7f495f81c03ec436c2 av_three_fifth  avia-builder-el-5  el_after_av_one_fifth  el_before_av_one_fifth  flex_column_table_cell av-equal-height-column av-align-middle  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-ltencdxo-19c430e9012540d4e6f33b017706f136 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">In compliance with the provisions of the new regulations regarding the protection of reporting persons (whistleblowing), on 22\/11\/23, by resolution, the Board of Directors approved the procedure for receiving and handling reports.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">All persons indicated by the regulation as eligible for protection against potential retaliatory acts, should they wish to submit a report, have the following reporting link at their disposal: <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/vitevis.nodeits.it\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hveid=\"0\" data-ved=\"0CAAQ_4QMahcKEwikndS3sb2SAxUAAAAAHQAAAAAQeg\">https:\/\/vitevis.nodeits.it\/#\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Please also note that the reporting person has the option to request a direct and personal meeting with the Report Manager to present their report.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">If the report is made in writing, it is necessary that in the subject line or in the text of the same, the reporting person clearly indicates that it is a <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"155\">&#8220;report for which they intend to keep their identity confidential and benefit from the protections provided in the event of retaliation suffered as a result of the report.&#8221;<\/b> In the absence of such clear indication, the report might be treated as ordinary and not confidential, with the consequence that the reporting person might not be granted the protections prescribed by the regulation.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">For the reception and management of reports, the Board of Directors has designated Eng. Alberto Bonomi and Att.
